Terms of use

These terms apply to CalendarMi, a scheduling app provided by Fidz Technologies SG Pte Ltd (UEN 200300426H). By using CalendarMi you agree to them. If you book a time through someone's link, only the parts about guests and acceptable use apply to you.

1. The service

CalendarMi lets organisers offer times through invitations and booking links, and lets guests book them. It is currently invite-only and free, and is being improved all the time, so features may change.

2. Accounts

• Organisers sign in with a Google account and need an invite to join.
• Keep your Google account secure. You're responsible for what happens in your CalendarMi account.
• A verified mobile number can unlock WhatsApp for one account only.

3. Organisers

• Use guests' details only to arrange and hold the meeting they booked, and handle them in line with the law, including the PDPA.
• Add photos only where the people in them would expect it, and remove them if asked.
• Check your bookings. CalendarMi helps avoid clashes, but your calendar is still yours to manage.

4. Guests

Give accurate details when you book. You can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation, within the organiser's rules. Questions about a meeting are best sent to the organiser.

5. WhatsApp updates

Each organiser gets a number of free WhatsApp-enabled bookings each month, shown in the app. A booking uses one only when the guest opts in to WhatsApp. When the free allowance is used up, those bookings continue with email and Google Calendar. We may change the allowance, and paid plans may come later.

6. Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional for invitations and needed for booking links. How we use your Google data is set out in the privacy notice.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use CalendarMi to:

• break the law or anyone else's rights;
• send spam, or harass or mislead people;
• probe, overload or get around the security of the service, or access it by automated means;
• collect other people's personal data without a lawful reason.

8. Availability and messages

We work to keep CalendarMi running and messages on time, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be available, or that every email or WhatsApp message will arrive. A booking is confirmed once CalendarMi shows it as confirmed, even if a message fails.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed meetings, and our total liability to you is limited to S$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Suspension and ending

You can stop using CalendarMi at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and we'll tell you when we reasonably can.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll show the new date at the top and, for important changes, tell organisers in the app or by email.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
